This comprehensive 12-month warranty is designed to provide coverage for windscreen protection films, specifically warranting against cracking and bubbling. The warranty aims to ensure customer satisfaction and protect against any defects or issues that may arise during the specified warranty period.

1. Coverage
This warranty covers windscreen protection films installed on vehicles, providing protection against cracking and bubbling. It guarantees that the film will remain free from these defects under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

2. Cracking
The warranty covers any cracks that occur in the windscreen protection film during the warranty period. Cracking refers to the development of visible lines or fractures on the film's surface, excluding any damage caused by external factors such as accidents, impacts, or intentional damage.

3. Bubbling
The warranty also covers any bubbling that occurs in the windscreen protection film during the warranty period. Bubbling refers to the formation of air pockets or blisters between the film and the windscreen surface, excluding any bubbling caused by improper installation or maintenance.

4. Warranty Claims
In the event of a claim, the customer must notify the authorized dealer or installer from whom they purchased the windscreen protection film. The dealer will assess the claim and determine whether it falls within the scope of this warranty.

5. Remedies
If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, the authorized dealer or installer will provide one of the following remedies at their discretion:

a) Repair: The dealer may attempt to repair any cracks or bubbles in the windscreen protection film using appropriate techniques and materials.

b) Replacement: If repair is not feasible or does not restore the film to its original condition, the dealer may opt to replace the entire windscreen protection film with a new one of equal quality.

6. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

a) Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or intentional damage.
b) Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or use of the windscreen protection film.
c) Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials.
d) Damage resulting from modifications or alterations made to the windscreen protection film.
e) Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the windscreen protection film.

7. Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the windscreen protection film. It is valid only when the film is installed by an authorized dealer or installer using approved methods and materials.

8. Disclaimer
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Titan Technologies Ltd., as the manufacturer, does not assume any liability beyond what is expressly stated in this warranty.

9. Jurisdiction
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where it was issued. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
