Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

Prism Films c/o Titan Technologies ltd supplies protection films (“Goods”). Your purchase of Goods from us and our services in connection with providing the Goods is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing our Goods you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not purchase or place an order with us. These Terms and Conditions can only be varied by us and may be varied from time to time to at our discretion.

2. ACCOUNTS

To purchase our Goods you must register and create an account with us. You must be 18 years of age to create an account. Any personal information you provide us will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. PAYMENT

You are required to make payment in full for the Goods and shipping costs at the time of purchase.

4. FULFILMENT AND SHIPPING

We ship globally from the UK and Hong Kong. All shipments of Goods will be organised with a freight company chosen at our discretion. You will be charged an additional cost for shipping at the checkout. Your purchase will be shipped to your nominated shipping address. Any estimate for fulfilment and shipping time is an estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred for failure to deliver within or by the estimated time. You agree and acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for any delay whether in manufacturing or delivery caused by our negligence or any third party.

5. WARRANTIES

Other than the contents of these Terms and Conditions, we do not make any express or implied warranties or guarantees or representations as to the quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability, suitability or otherwise except for as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you purchase the Goods on the basis of your own judgment and not in reliance of any express or implied warranties or guaranties or representations as to the quality, fitness for purpose, suitability or otherwise except for as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

To the full extent permitted by the law, we will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any acts or omissions by us, you or any other third party.

You acknowledge and agree to indemnify us against all loss and damage that we may incur as a direct or indirect result of any:

(a) breach by you of these Terms and Conditions;

(b) misleading, false or insufficient information provided by you;

(c) negligence or wilful misconduct by you;

(d) third party claim.

7. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

The third party manufacturer of our Goods provides a variable limited warranty specific to each film offered, a copy of which you will receive with your Goods (“Manufacturer’s Warranty”) and/or upon creating an account.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To the full extent permitted by the law all Goods purchased are final and we do not accept any returns for change of mind, client dissatifaction or damaged goods from couriers. Pursuant to the law, if you believe Goods you have purchased are faulty you must notify us of the suspected fault by email within 7 days of the suspected fault occurring and:

(a) complete and return a claim form we provide you; and

(b) a provide us an A4 size sample of the Goods in question with the suspected fault.

Upon receipt of your completed claim form and A4 sample of the Goods in question with the suspected fault we will review and determine whether the Goods are faulty. If we determine the Goods to be faulty we will determine whether the issue relates to warranty or manufacturing. You will receive a credit for the Goods but not for any labour time associated with the Goods.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and you agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of United Kingdom with respect to any claims, matters or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

10. WHOLE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties for the supply of Goods and supersede any and all previous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations or communications whether oral or written between the parties and you do not rely on such in accepting these Terms and Conditions.

11. SEVERABILITY

Each and every provision under these Terms and Conditions is severable from the others and will continue to be enforceable and in full force and effect notwithstanding severance of any other provision contained herein.
